Sierra Wander is a booking marketplace for tours, classes, experiences and stays in Nevada County, California. This page explains what we collect and why.
What we collect
Your name, email address and phone number when you create an account or book. The details of what you book: listing, date, time, guests and any notes you add. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile photo with us.
How we use it
To complete your booking, send confirmations and receipts, let the host contact you about the booking, and keep your account working. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email unless you ask for it.
Who sees it
The host you book with sees your name, contact details and booking details. Stripe processes payments under its own privacy policy. Our hosting provider stores the site data. Nobody else.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your cart while you book. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your choices
You can update your details in your account at any time. To delete your account and its data, email us and we will remove it, except for booking and payment records we are required to keep.
